When I undock my laptop, the text becomes REALLY big on the screen. I've tried using the the "View" and "Text Size" option to make the text smaller, but it does not work. Please help!
To fix the text size on the screen after you undock it right click on the desktop and select the graphic propoerties. Next, click on the display settings option and change the screen resolution size you want from the drop down menu.
In order to be able to download software or update it you need to log in to your computer with the home log in. The username is home and the password is Sbisd123 and the domain is XXX(this computer). Once you log in with this log in you have administrative rights to download new software or update existing software. Remember to log back in as yourself before you do any work!
When I put my laptop on the docking station, everything looks reddish. I tried to adjust the color on the monitor, but nothing happened. When the laptop is undocked, the colors are fine.
I asked around and it could be one of two things – either the graphics card is going out or the connection is bad. The first thing to try is to unplug the cable from the docking station and check the prongs to make sure they are all there and then plug it back in and power it back up. Make sure your computer is undocked when you do this – redock your computer and see if it corrects the problem. If that does not work submit a GEEK ticket – they may need to replace the graphics card or monitor.

Thanks.
